Michelin

For those that have done it, I'll be going Calais to Alsace ( near Strasbourg) Do you know which maps cover this route?

Actually staying in a town/village called Russ. So not too far from Black Forest/ Moselle I think.

To cover the whole route with the 1/200,000 scale maps you need
236, 241 & 242. If you intend to travel nearer to Paris you may need to get 237 as well.

You might want to consider getting the Shell map of Germany, 1/200,000 Die General Karte number 11 as this covers most of the area, including The Black Forest. If you want to go to the Mosel then you will need sheet 9 as well

To buy them contact these people they are very good

Thanks Rob,

I have the GPS, hopefully running OK, but to be sure I'll probably get the maps.
