A man was walking on the beach

one day when he came across an old oil lamp. On picking it up he decided to give it a rub to see it more clearly. And POOF! a genie appeared.

"Oh a thousand thank you's, I've been in that bottle 4 thousand years" the Genie said.
"For releasing me I can grant you one wish"

The man thought for a few moments and replied,
"It's been 20 years since I've seen my daughter, she lives in America and I'm too scared to fly and I can't travel by sea as it makes me sick. What I would like you to do is build me a bridge so that I can drive over to see her"

"A bridge huh. To America? Well I could do that for you but all that metal and concrete, and the painting of course. Are you sure there isn't something else I could do for you?"

The man thinks again, "Ok, how about you bestowing on me a complete understanding of how a woman's mind works then?"

The Genie replies,
" So what colour do you want this bridge then?"
