Ok what have i done? My web page looks too big as though i have adjusted it for poor vision. Any ideas?

Go to view on the toolbar. Pull down the menu to text size.

If by 'My web page' you mean one you've coded, setting text attributes using style sheets and setting the font size in pixels (px) this browser adjustment won't have any effect. This would probably fall foul of some EU accessability law though.
