Not quite but yes. Its a Neval Dnpre but it has a BMW engine fitted.
There is reason to my madness as this will be ridden by Mrs Patch with boy(3 years old) in the sidecar and Tiga (6 years old) on the back. They will be able to get out together most weekends through the summer and visit all manner of places on it.
Of course there being no room for me I will have to go on the VFR:D
No The agro will be attended by the VFRs It will be guarding the house
don't show dan, he'll trade in the beemer!
nice combo tho!!

Well in the end I didn't buy it.
This had been listed on Ebay and I have ;looked at several but was unable to actually view this one but it was cheap and the description outlined what condition I could expect.
Went to pick it up, cash in pocket and was decidedly unhappy with the state it was in. :mad: Anyway walked away.
If the seller wants to give me negative feedback that is his choice but I have made a copy of the words in his ad and a counter for what it said.
So still looking.:(
Have you, or especially Mrs Patch if she is to drive it, driven a sidecar outfit? If you haven't I suggest you try to get the opportunity before you part with your money. It's a fairly unique experience & not one that everyone takes to.
:cool:

I'll second Ian's comments.
My mate has a Suzuki with a side car that needs some work doing on the bike. I will ask her what she wants for it and take some pics. You're not far away, maybe you can come and see it (then you can have a chat with my mate about riding a combo).
Just a thought, I'll be in touch :D
Patch you may find this usefull sidecars (http://www.realclassic.co.uk/bsam21aa.html) AS they say read the manuel (http://www.motorvation.com/scmanul1.htm) or maybe abook on driving a combo (http://www.whitehorsepress.com/onlinecatalog/sections/proddata/sidc.htm) can i have a go in the chair :}
Just a note that the second two articles refer to right hand sidecars that those foreign Johnnies ride, so everything they tell you about left & right should be reversed. The first article is a pretty accurate account though. :)
Ian..
Found a sidecar for sale only £550 just needs a nice bike to link it to.
