Sorry, not worth the over-priced entrance fee just to walk round the whole show in about half an hour, at most.

hi, dave f,
most main bike brands will be attending, also stalls, autojumble, interviews,vintage/classic bike display over 4 rooms, 2 floors, attracting 15,000 visitors last year, plus a chance to catch up with mates, for £10, per adult, oap £5 and children free, in half an hour,
sure you where at the right show,

Sorry Sid, I gave up going to that show a few years ago for the reasons Davy_F gave. It's overpriced and there's little of interest. In and out in half an hour easily.
Agree with the Dave's, what a rip off for a Mickey Mouse Show, sorry, been there, done that, never again.

I have went to the show many times but likewise never again 30 minutes to walk round what you can see in the dealers for free plus the cost of petrol and the car park not a worthwhile 30 minutes

Might have to think of something different to do on Saturday then!

Yes Mike.
It would appear that the Belfast show has been officially poo-pooed.

Is that a technical term Tom? :)
I was on a stand at the show last yeay and did enjoy it but a half hour walk about probably let me see all there was to see.
Well, did anyone go ?
My mate who was maning a well known clothing stand told me there was loads of people about, the biggest attendance it seems for some years. However, he said there weren't many spending, tho' I did hear that Hurst Yamaha sold five bikes and BMW Motorrad sold either five or six of the new 1600 sixes.

I have a mate that went. He said it was great. He said the Japanese Vintage Motorbikes stand was the best there.
I missed it, while watching some local rugby and then watching a full weekend of bad-result rugby (as far as I was concerned).

I confess I went. It was ok. Hands firmly in pocket other than to receive the £10 Hein Gericke gift card which was handed to me. So I suppose with that I got in free. :)

All right, but apart from the sanitation, medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, the fresh water system and public health, what have the Romans ever done for us? :m:

Yes, my chum noted that most seemed impressed with the vintage/classic section. But I think that's rather sad. Although I appreciate the older bikes, I think that the reason for attending a show like this is to drool over the new stuff.

That's what I think too. So, not too sad that I missed it, really.
