Touring Essex, feeling peckish, he pulls up at the Hunters Meet, finds a table & sits down.
The waiter comes over, produces order pad and asks what Sir would like.
"Steak!"
Would Sir like it medium, well done or rare?
Then carefully notes reply
Would Sir like Mushrooms?
Then writes on his pad
How would Sir like mushrooms cooked?
And writes some more
Would Sir like onions?
Mustard?
English or French?
By now the guy's getting seriously hungry.
"For Chrissake - just knock its horns off, wipe its arse and serve it up!"
