Default R1100 RS front shock

Hi, anyone know the torque settings (or a good guesstimate) for the front shock, top & bottom nuts ? Bikes a 2000 model. Many thanks.

According to Haynes the top nut is 47Nm.
The bottom nut depends on the marking on the bolt head. If the marking is 8.8 then the torque is 43Nm, if it is 10.9 then the torque is 50Nm.
Thanks Mr Haynes...
Kev
