I've read several of the posts on wind screens, and I was wondering if anyone had tried the Laminar Lip, which is an add-on to the stock R-RS screen. I read about it in the MOA magazine a few months ago, and I found the website at
http://www.laminarlip.com/
It looks like a small "tunnel" that is adhesively applied to the stock wind screen at the top to channel the air coming off the windscreen and smooth it out. I am tempted to try this out -- it's only $70. They don't have a picture of the R-RS lip on the website, but I called and it's still for sale.
I am 6'4", and I hate the amount of wind that comes off the screen and into my helmet. I have both the stock screen and the Aeroflow, neither of which works. I'm going to try standing up on the pegs tonight on my way home from work, but I doubt it will work.
