    Hi Mike

Further to our exchange of posts on the BMW SportTouring forum a couple of years ago, I would be interested to know which Wunderlich screen you opted for on the ST and how you find it in practice. Having bought an old R100RS recently, that really shows up the shortcomings of the ST's wind/weather protection and it would be nice to find a screen for the ST that gave a bit more protection without inducing excessive wind noise or looking like a barn door. I notice that Ermax also produce a screen for the ST now (see: http://www.demonbikes.com/more/on/details/13319).

I'm 5'11" with a 33" inside leg and find that the standard screen in its highest position directs the wind flow straight at my helmet. With the screen lowered, wind noise is slightly less though I get cold shoulders riding in the current weather conditions.

If you have the time, I should also like to know whether fitting the GS handguards is a straightforward task.

Thanks in advance for your time/help.

    Regards

    John
