Oracle Limited (The Club) has created this refund policy in order to increase
customer confidence. If you have any suggestions or comments you would like to
make, please contact us at mail@bikersoracle.com
A full
refund will be made under the following circumstances:
- The customer informs The Club within
14 days of payment that he or she is dissatisfied with the membership and would
like to cancel it forthwith.
- The customer informs The Club within
3 months that he has made a duplicate payment in error.
Whilst
every effort will be made to maintain website services on a 24 hour basis, part
refunds will not be offered for any period where service is unavailable due to
technical difficulties or other circumstances beyond our
control.
All other
cases will be sympathetically viewed.
