The one you linked to, judging from the picture has the red inner lens behind the clear outer shell so you use normal bulbs.
There is still a slot in the bottom of the red 'inner' lens to let white light bounce downwards.

Same as fitted to my motorcycle if you look at picture on page 1 of this thread.

The first type I bought by error, finding out the hard way and not easily satisfied was a totally clear lens.
So could of only used red bulbs or red LED's.
Both would of given me red number plate light

The new screen didn't come with the logo transfer,
