Handy list for a starting point. It's always worth trying them on in a shop before you finally decide.

You are not kidding!

I take a Large for my Shoei Raid II, and I tried a Large AGV over the weekend and gould not even get ny head in it, whereas the XL AGV had my head rattling around like a pea in a tin.

Such a difference in Helmet shape between manufacturers. Always try before you buy.
