Default Fork Oil Capacity

Hi all

I've done a quick search but not found the answer

Can anyone tell me the amount of oil for each fork on a 98 (FW) CBR 600 plz?

Also, just to confirm that the air gap is 117mm ??

Thanks in advance

Rich

I don't have my manual to hand, I'll try to remember to check it when I get home in the morning.
