Tolls to Italy

We're off to Italy for the MotoGP, riding through France and down to Florence. Anyone got any idea how much it's gonna cost in motorway tolls. Cheers

Hi Andy.
We are doing the same GP but we are coming from Malaga Spain.
Have not been through France for 2 years but from the UK/ French coast right the way down to the Med French coast, along to Italy and through to Mugello wont be far short of 200 euros (one way).
The problem is they charge the same for a bike as they do for a car
Also petrol along the Riviera (Italian and French) is very dear and petrol anywhere in Italy is dear!
If you have the time you could try non motorway roads I'm sure some of the others on here will know a few roads that are toll free (put a call out for Dirty Sanchez he knows a lot more about the B roads than I do).
Just one tip if you are going through Genova dont expect to see signs heading for Rome cos thats too easy, you have to take the sign posts that say La Spezia and Livorno. I will say the road from Genova to Pisa is awesome, its sooooooooooo good it makes you dribble!!
Have a good trip, I know we will.

Zippo

PS We are staying at a place called Prato not far from the circuit.
