Motels in Italy

With regard to my previous post about going to Imola later this month, does anybody know if Italy has a similar chain of Motels to those in France ie Formula 1. I did check their website but dont mention having any in Italy. Want something, cheap, cheerfull and clean!

Hi Dave
We are off to Italy on Sept 3rd and returning at the end of the month(ish) depending on the weather. We live just outside of Malaga Spain and our trip will include Sicily as well.
What you said on your post about the F1's in France is right, that's what we look for as they're cheap but spotless and the compound is normally locked at night.
I have a profile on this site with my email addie if you wanted to send me yours I will take it with me when we go, and if there are any types of motel that are similar, I will gladly sent you a mail from an internet cafe and let you know as we will be looking for them as well.
The only problem is if you dont read this by tomorrow 3rd Sept! We will be leaving about 5am (our time, 4am yours) but will check our mail before we go.
